Local Time Acquisition on Octave Devices

Octave devices acquire their local time as follows:

• On all Octave versions, devices get their time from the cellular network (NITZ) as soon as they are registered on a network that supports NITZ.
• From Firmware 3.0, devices get their time from NTP when they connect to the cloud, if they did not get it from NITZ.
• From Firmware 3.2, devices try to get the time from NTP as soon as they have cellular connectivity.
