Filtering the Device List

Clicking the Device filters button allows you to add one or more rules to filter the list of devices. For example, you can filter by Tags, Blueprint, etc.

Use the steps below to add filters:

1. Click Device Filters.
2. Click the Name drop down to select the field on which to filter.
3. Click the operator drop down to select the conditional operator.
4. Click the edit box to the right of the operator drop down and enter the value to compare (e.g. the name of the device).
5. Click Add rule to add the rule to the filter list.
6. (Optional) Repeat the steps above to add additional rules. When adding additional rules, the buttons for boolean operators: Not, And, and Or are enabled, allowing you to build more complex boolean logic between the rules.
7. (Optional) Click the Add group button to add a sub expression consisting of one or more rules. A group allows you to build a nested condition with its own boolean operator.
